Good Health With 9-5-2-1-0!

Stay Healthy with 9-5-2-1-0!

Get at least 9 hours of sleep if you are ages 5-12! If you do you will be alert, pay attention better in school, be creative, fight sickness, and be a good mood. You need sleep so your muscles bones and skin can grow.
